โThe inside was beautifully decorated, tidy and clean. Lots of stairs but that didnโt bother me. At first, I wasnโt sure from the look of the area but I felt super safe staying there. Cute back patio as well.โ
โTight parking lot and not a great looking part of town. Our room was down a dark, exterior hall. Inside was great though. Lobby and staff was great and room was very clean and comfortable.โ
โRoom was dirty, the refrigerator was spilted milk all over it (I swept it), floors clearly haven't been swept. After that I found dirty stains on the sheets and towels. I had called front desk and he changed the room for me. However, the room hard floor was sticky all over. It was very disappointing experience. Don't waste your money this over priced hotel.โ

There are grocery stores nearby, and public transportation such as the subway and buses are easily accessible. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the airport by Uber. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.โ
โI really enjoyed the King Suite. The room was spacious and clean. The lobby was nice and the morning breakfast was on par with similar chains. They do have better coffee options which is nice. This will be my preferred hotel while Iโm the Chicago - Midway area. โ
