Convenient and clean.

This is a Good hotel to stay. It is clean and you get the basics. Breakfast is good and you also get instant coffee in the room. Everything was in proper function. It was very convenient for me since it is 5 minutes walking distance from the Train Station.

Great location for the train station. Good supermarket nearby. Near the M2 line into Sofia centre. Very comfy bed and a fantastic shower. Liked to have a kettle and a fridge. Really good value for money.

The room was cleaned daily which we appreciated! The location of the hotel is a bit sketchy especially at night. The main elevator was not working so we had to access the service elevator which was very tight. Communication from the staff was poor. For example, when the actual elevator for guests was operational we were not informed. We has issues with our safe in the room. When we reported this, somebody came to "fix" it but it was still not working. We reported a second time and their solution was to remove the old safe and put in a new one that was not secured to anything! Parking is almost impossible with very limited spacing. While there were a couple of helpful staff some did not even acknowledge the guests. Overall, we did not enjoy this hotel and would be staying there again.
