"The property was nice, quiet & clean. The airport shuttle guy Tommy was absolutely the best! He is so nice, friendly & helpful. He assisted me so much due to my disability. The shuttle will take you to the store or out to eat within 5 miles of the hotel for free. He recommended & took me to a restaurant called Copelands and it was delicious. Tommy also helped to get my room moved from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor which was much closer to the front desk. All of the other employees were also friendly & helpful and I would definitely stay here again."

"rooms were clean and the staff is amazing, very helpful and friendly. My mom s room had a smell and the staff quickly changed her room and my mom was very happy with her 3 nigh stay. Will stay again for our next visit."

"It's one of the newer hotels (five years old I believe). I am very susceptible to mold so newer and mold-free is a requirement to travel. It appeared to be good, even in Lousiana. Close to airport. Great setup with full kitchen for longer stays. Great rollout extended desk area for working as well. Beds were comfy. Pillows were thin, down-type, which I hate because your head sinks to the mattress. I could pile them all up and my would sink and the pillows wrap around your face. Most hotels seem to have these and I'm not sure why. My recommendation to hotel is to have normal cotton-filled ones as well that actually hold your head up...and your back if you're propped up in bed. I didn't use any amenities but gym and lounge area looked great. Would stay here again!"
