"I think some thought went into the design of the hotel but the day-to-day operation lets it down completely. Front door doesn’t lock properly, looks like was forced open. Air conditioning doesn’t work, sink leaks and drains onto the floor. No soap in shower. Drapes so close to sink that they get wet every time. Dead insects in drapes and windows. Some parts on room construction unfinished while other finished bits are falling apart."

"Comfortable and attractive room in a characterful property in a great location in the centre of the beautiful medieval town. Kind and welcoming host who recommended excellent restaurant for the evening. Lovely breakfast. Free car parking less than five minutes away by the church. "

"It was clean & tidy, large double bed everything you need to an overnight stay. Breakfast & restaurant were available but we did not try them."
