"The room was very nice, clean and had very comfortable beds. Our 3 yr old simply loved the bunkbed. The breakfast was delicious. They were also very nice to offer to make special pancakes for son. Its location was great too. It was a very nice stay for us."

"Staff seem to be still learning the majority of there roles with alot of renovations going on. Good comfy beds well situated on many acres of ground and soundings."

"Very basic but even for the price the rooms were dusty. Cobwebs hanging off the walls. We had two nights due to a local wedding. Asked to move rooms because the mattress was terrible. Was told all the mattresses are the same and getting upgraded in the winter. Changed rooms, slightly better mattress. Even for a cheap night I'd expect no cobwebs / dust and a decent mattress. Won't go again."

"Booked here as a stopover on the way to Thoresby hall from Scotland as it was only a short drive off the motorway. We booked bed and breakfast at a very good price and we also had an evening meal. Both meals were great and the room even had an air con unit which was fantastic in the hot weather. The place was great value for money and we will certainly be back, can't thank the staff enough who were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Well done and we hope to be back soon."
