"Rooms were clean and tidy but headboards were worn probably from pets. Beds are decent and pillows were too soft. The pool and hot tub area was really nice, especially the lovely creek that runs through the lodge.... however there was a bandaid and clumps of hair that were always seen around the pool. So that was unpleasant lol. The staff were so accommodating and super friendly. The amenities are good especially the lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Was a good stay for the price. The restaurant is nice and the food was good but pricey. Would recommend for families."

"We had a really enjoyable stay and, overall, felt the resort offered excellent value for the price. The location and amenities are fantastic, and the resort is genuinely very dog-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the property is starting to show its age with dated tiles, appliances and some finishes. We originally booked a mountain-view room but were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgrade to a lakeview suite, which was a lovely touch. There were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues during our stay. Our keys stopped working repeatedly just to our room and we reported it, and there was some dog-poop staining on the patio that was clearly not from our dog. The bigger issue was the follow-up. We reported these items but didn’t feel there was much communication or urgency in getting back to us. The resort’s beach is worth clarifying. It’s beautiful and convenient, but it isn’t really a swimmable beach. The water was quite low, there were a lot of weeds, and the area is also part of the marina. If you’re looking for a traditional sandy beach for swimming, this isn’t quite that. Our only significant complaint was Maestro’s restaurant. The pricing was extremely high for the quality of the food, and it simply didn’t deliver the experience we expected given the cost. With so many great dining options nearby, this was the one part of the stay we wouldn’t repeat. Overall, though, we’d stay here again"

"This was a last minute booking due to a dental emergency. The team here is great, and once the current renovations are complete I believe the property will also be great. Very convenient location, with Orchard Park Mall directly across the road and several dining options within easy walking distance. Will we stay here again? I would have to say absolutely we will."

"Amazing stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful and the property was super clean and well looked after. Breakfast was great, with hot and cold options, and was in a bright room on the top floor with lots of windows. Our room was awesome! Very well styled and lots of space. We'll definitely be back!! Highly recommend!!"
