We had a warm welcome from Mael on the desk, who was very helpful with our queries, and actually all of the staff were very charming and pleasant to deal with. The room was clean and comfortable.
We would certainly book this hotel again.

Staff was friendly and kind the room was clean and comfortable had the full French feel and was cozy. Transportation was a 2-4 min walk and easy to explore the sites from the hotel.

The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was upgraded and was beautiful and stylish. My only complaint was to get to the room we had to walk down a hall that was pretty dated and unkempt. A heads up about that would have been nice...are they doing work on it???
