“The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but that’s common for East Coast hotels, so nothing particularly special. The room condition and overall cleanliness were decent. It was inconvenient that there was only one elevator going down to the underground parking lot.
The staff were friendly, especially the valet staff who kindly helped us with our car issue.

“Very cool room on the corner with great views of the ocean and New Haven! Very nice staff! The hotel is close to everything in New Haven as well as being right off the highway.”
“this was just what I needed for my short trip. It was quiet and clean. I was able to access dining options. One thing I would say is why have guests pay for parking when there’s a whole lot. Maybe just registering the car for the stay, or offering parking pass to hang in the car. However, it’s only four dollars a day which is better than places that charge 20+ a day.”
