“Property was quiet but older in need off updating.”

“I selected the Holiday Inn on the South end of Bend because the rates were reasonable and the reviewers love the place ! Well , after staying there for 4 days , I can verify that the reviews are totally right ! Great breakfast , clean place , friendly staff and terrific rooms !! Go ! One last remark , do say Hello to Carson at the desk ! This young man is just the best at customer service ! He goes the extra mile ! He has the rare innate skill of understanding and helping his customers !...

“Not sure if it was because of the renovations it seems they were working on but the property was a bit of a mess. No ice/vending machines, stairs even on first floor, and room was just OK.”

“Safe , clean room , ample of parking and walkable to nearby grocery stores , restaurants, and gas stations. Friendly staff and good amenities- extra large tv was very nice ! Occasionally you hear train coming by but no big deal. Very good price for the services provided . Highly recommend!”

“Melissa the manager at the front desk was very helpful to accommodate me when the elevators were down and offered to move me down to the 1st floor since I have a neck injury and could not go up and down the stairs easily. She also helped me with getting my internet set up and was very pleasant and always had a smile on her face! Wonderful customer service she deserves kudos :)”

“I just had a 3-night stay at Motel West in Bend. The room was spotless, bed was comfortable, bathroom was very clean with updated tile. The coffee maker and mini-refrigerator were useful. This is a great motel for a budget price. Would stay here again.”

“Loved our stay, staff was very helpful, the room was clean and the scenery was the best part. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere! We will definitely be back!”

“The bathroom had not been properly cleaned. There were tracks of something that had splashed on the bathroom door and other spatter of some kind on the walls. A few of the towels were stained with what I hope was only makeup. The parking lot was a bit too small for the number of rooms/vehicles, so it was difficult to get in and out. Overall, this is a place I wouldn't stay again.”
