"The staff are very welcoming and the newly refurbished rooms are nicely done and spatious. Only criticism is that the bathroom fan is permanently on, so if you're a light sleeper you'll notice that. The hotel is ideally situated within the mall, with no need to go out into the cold if you don't want to "

"We didn’t even stay here. Our anirline cancelled our flights annd we were unable to get there due to severe weather and road closures. The hotel did not allow us to cancel our reservation due to weather (went through hotels.com) and we ended up having to pay full price for this room despite the circumstances. Future travelers take note and maybe go through a different booking company and hotel. "

"Everything was perfect! The only issue I encountered was the shuttle service - although this is not the staff’s fault at all. The storm affected quite a bit and I don’t feel the hotel was ready. Otherwise, I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay here the next time I’m in Minneapolis. "

"Check in was smooth, but the elevator and hallway of floor 2 were very smelly, sort of a mixture of cigarettes, weed, and stale humans. Thankfully the room was clean and odourless. Pool area did not have towels, but we went later in the evening so it was not too surprising. One of the two hot tubs was out of order and roped off, the hot tub that was available was clean and HOT. Did not get in the pool, but it looked clean and there was a family happily playing in the water together. Breakfast area was clean, selection was the usual basics like waffles, cheese omelette, sausage, hashbrowns, toast, yogurt and dry cereal. "
