"Very nice hotel and friendly staff! Room was comfortable and whole resort area was very nice. Only problem was I had a light that I couldn't control and it would turn on and off all night. Seemed to be a motion sensor light that had broken or gone faulty. I complained and someone came to look at it but it didn't get fixed. Hope it was just something wrong with my room and not all!"

"The staff were awesome! The hotel was very clean and well maintained. It was their first anniversary. The massage we had at the spa was wonderful. A new hotel with a great breakfast buffet, we stayed 2 weeks and tried all we could, including dim sum. The hotel was located on a Main Street near lots of shops and restaurants.
Special mention to Dat at reception that spoke great English and made several recommendations and Trang at the restaurant for her hospitality and great smile when we came...

We did the 2 night/3 day trip on the Orchid classic boat #3 w/ 14 rooms.
1. Service: The staff really take care of you.
Especially, Hoa and Tien went above and beyond making sure we had a great experience; good excursions (biking, caves) and activities (cooking class, kayaking), special requests, comfortable room, anything we needed.
2. Delicious dining: I didn't expect such high quality meals....
