“I decided to do a one day vacay the property was extremely beautiful. Deborah checked she was wonderful. Room was clean pools were great, food good. After checking out the following day went to the restaurant to get a quick bite before heading home lol I only wanted a side of bacon and water. I asked a young lady could she let someone know that there are customers waiting. She says to she’s coming she the only person working. I said okay I do not think she knows people are out here. “Everything was great until I pulled back the covers to get in the king size bed and found it was full of sand and very small dark curly hairs. Since I didn’t want to cause a fuss at 1 am with the security guard, who was the only staff available from 7 - 7, I pulled all the bedding off and slept in one of the twin beds instead. Definitely a one and done at the Atlantic Beach Resort for me. I would ask for a refund if I thought they would issue one.”

“The reservation system is very poor. My reservation could not be located and I had to ask Expedia to call and straighten it out.”

“The staff was great very friendly, nice place to stay. Only issue I had was the bathroom shower the faucet was broken, and the room was very dusty. Housekeeping needs to do a better job with the cleaning. The bathroom lights and sink area were full of a thick amount of dust. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.”
