“Lady in front desk was kind she let us check out at 12 with no charge but the only bad thing you can’t check in before 3pm , we stay for two days due to Navy ceremony so we arrive 11am and me and my daughter we have to wait 4hrs to have a room which is really bad I ask the lay in front desk if don’t have any room available and she said maybe yeah but check in is at 3pm , Lady in the cafeteria was super nice always with a smile and good attitude I don’t know her name but she is pretty too...

“This is a very nice hotel! My only complaint is that I didn’t plan to stay two nights instead of just one here on our road trip. It’s modern, beautiful, clean and comfortable. Luxury at an affordable price. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. We always try to stay at hotels that offer a breakfast and the fare is usually pretty good. But this was a cut above, fresh fruit with yogurt honey or strawberry topping, freshly made French toast, a well seasoned frittata to mention a few....

“Nice hotel and staff, bed frames were so rusty and metal and stick out and I got a gnarly cut when walking by it almost stitches worthy so watch your shins. We had to leave before breakfast at 7 so I can't comment on that and too cold to go in the pool but looked nice and in a nice area”

“They put us in a room with a broken toilet that they had gerry-rigged with a string. You couldn’t flush the commode. When we asked to change rooms they argued with us at first. They finally moved us. The ONLY good thing about this motel was a good shower. Bed was hard, breakfast was burnt, motel was not well-maintained.”

“Loved this place! I'm kind of picky about hotels. I can't stand a dirty smelly place. This place was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in it for a few days before heading to a family gathering. Then we booked it again for a night before leaving town. The second stay I guess I booked a room that was the last king bed and happened to be the handicap accessible corner room. It was way big and explained the slightly higher price. Even though a paid a little more it was a very restful sleep...

“An excellent location to explore Chincoteague island. The room was beautiful and very clean and the amenities were great. We had a hard time getting our kiddo out of the fabulous pool! Staff was always present to answer questions and the breakfast was good before hitting the road again.”

“The property is located in beautiful Williamsburg, on the Chesapeake. We stayed in a 1 bedroom condominium that was very spacious, clean and overall comfortable. There were 2 things that we had a problem with. The bed was uncomfortable, not the worse I have ever slept in but definitely not comfortable and my back hurt in the morning.
