The property is super convenient to area attractions and restaurants. We stayed in a pool view/parking view room and we love the close proximity to the pools. The beach is only steps away from the rooms and has a nice walkway over the dune. Rooms are clean and perfect for our needs. Small fridge was great to keep drinks cool. This is our 4th year at Shutters and we will be back again next year.

The hotel was lovely and great for the kids. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool, so you can swim regardless of weather. The breakfast includes basic items like bagels, muffins, cereal, waffles, yogurt, eggs, sausages and juice. It was wonderful to have direct beach access, which is also private for the hotel. The room was spacious and had all the necessities. Would absolutely recommend!

First time staying at this establishment, was clean and presentable. Room was of adequate size , the larger refrigerator with ice maker was very helpful. Access to the beach was very convenient. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Breakfast spread in the morning is kid friendly and family oriented. Only downfall was the pools indoor and outdoor close at 10 pm would like to have seen 24 hours .

Receptionist staff were friendly, could barely find seating at breakfast & room stayed crowded, people were getting frustrated bumping into one another. One time staff must have come in and taken some of the trash out during our 3 day stay but no one ever checked on towels, toilet paper etc. The best thing about the stay was the access to the ocean and the room was fairly clean. Maybe we caught them on a short staff week but trip could have been better with those improvements above.
