"The guard at entrance was friendly and helpful.
I went to registration and found the check in lady very nice and helpful. I inquired if I could move up to a 3 bedroom and pay the difference?
She said the hotel was full n Saturday and Sunday. I noticed there were not many cars at the hotel during our whole stay.
The suite was very spacious, clean, and comfortable plus well equipped.
On our Check out day, I requested an hour later check out.
I was informed I could not because they had already given out all their late check outs? I’ve never had this happen at other properties.
Again I did not see very many cars outside in parking lot.
The washer and dryer were a pleasant touch.
The dishwasher did not clean the dishes very well. I had to run it again without soap so as to make sure they were clean.
The carpeting is very dark and seems dirty.
I ate at the restaurant for breakfast before my other family members were to arrive. The staff were wonderful. The food was ok. It seemed the toast and potato’s were old tasting. Only ate the omelette. I feel bad to say this because all the wait, mgt, and cook were very sweet and professional.
All in all the property grounds are beautiful and the suite was enjoyable.
The location was perfect for all we planned to do."
