Manager Sr. EDUARDO gave me upgraded room, spacious accommodation. I had a reservation just a JUNIOR SUITE. But I got Exeutive suite room, just one per a floor. I really really appriciate it his attention. Thanks for his consideration my family was pleasant there.
Another I used room service. Especially food for kids was so great. My kids loved it.
Furthermore my kids ordered some of icecream suddenly. But they brought this and no paid just a gift.

โFirst I am going to say 10/10 for a truly unique experience. The village is a real oasis to escape and reset from the everyday grind. It was exactly what I was looking for. The staff that work there are the stars of the show! We felt safe, well cared for even during a night when nature had other plans. The property was beautiful and well maintained but please bring mosquito spray, I would suggest the skin so soft brand worked like a charm for me (iykyk). The food was chefโs kiss, Tia prepared...

The room has A/C, a fan and it's a very comfortable open house with plenty of space.โ
โIt is a nice place for a few days not 7. Due to it is an island all items are imported in including water. Which causes water to be shut off at night. So go potty before 8pm. Also the limit transportation off and island can be a problem. Hope you donโt get sea sick easy as the boats are fast at times. But for three days it is a nice place to stay very remote. Staff was awesome though food breakfast was the best. The local vendors can be a pain with trying to sell stuff and massages but hotel is...
โWe had an amazing time. Very beautiful pool and hot tub, great scenery and very peaceful. The staff was great.. specialty drinks made for us with fresh fruits and the meals were really good. Anaho is just a 20 minutes boat ride from Cartagena. โ
