The property was clean. Area was quite but there was a strong Marijuana smell in common areas like the hallway(outside hall leasing into rooms). The staff thought I was checking out a day earlier even though my reservation was paid for 2 days. There is no coffee pots on the rooms anymore and having coffee pots in the rooms is something I am always used to. Finally, the breakfast was limited to cereal bagels and toast, no other hot items and the coffee was watered down.

This was an unexpected trip and the room was immaculately cleaned. I was driving up I-75 and I didn’t make it home because of the weather. I only stayed about 5 hours. Check-in was seamless.

Got there at midnight and had a room booked for 2 beds for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) checked in unloaded kids got to the room and opened the door to 1 bed and a dirty recliner, went downstairs explained the situation to the worker his response was “are you sure there’s not two beds in there” uh yeah pretty sure that’s not something I would of missed. So he moves us to another room with a bed and a pull out sofa which was fine but there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows for the sofa bed so had to go back downstairs to get those, all very inconvenient at midnight with children. They also keep the ac’s off in the room so it was extremely hot when we got in there we immediately turned the ac on and it just wasn’t enough to cool the room at a reasonable rate. We all laid there completely uncovered and hot all night. The room didn’t cool down until around 6:30/7 am and we left at 8. I thought this would be a comfortable place to stay after reading the other reviews but never again. We would have been better off sleeping in the truck with the windows down since it was cooler outside than it was in the room.

Room was clean. Beds are full size and not very comfortable .Breakfast not much at all. For a quick over night stay it was acceptable. Upset because I was told during check in that even though I was a red roof rewards member because I booked through a third party website I would not be eligible for any of the benefits including pets stay free. After calling red roof customer service I found out he was incorrect and the resolved the issue. So watch for hidden fees during check in and question them

Sketchy neighborhood, cloudy pool, several shopping carts parked outside doors to rooms (?!), “breakfast” was a few slices of bread and some cereal with a note attached to the wall that read “Please ask for milk”, coffee was not even available, and air conditioning was not on in room when we arrived on a 90 degree evening

No suelo dejar malas calificaciones, pero la mala experiencia en este hotel me obliga a advertir a otros viajeros. El servicio al cliente es deficiente. Hubo inconvenientes específicos que arruinaron la estancia, aparte la el desayuno es un fraude, por lo cual te quieren cobrar 10 dólares más por persona, los que fueron más groseros fue los del país India , no las personas que trabajan ahí
