“A great hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ JoJo was a fantastic host and the service in the ski/boot room from Jeanne & team was superb. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Thank you.”

“Friendly and helpful staff”

“The rooms were clean, the towels soft, soap smells great. The hotel is less than a minute walk from the snow and 4 different lifts. The ski room has lockers for each room with 4 boot driers in each. The spa was very good after skiing, with heated pool, steam room and sauna. Staff is super friendly and helpful, quick to answer questions and give recommendations.”

“Excellent hotel - great location and facilities. Staff extremely friendly and accomodating. Breakfast options could benefit from more diverse range of fruits and certain items only available on specific days. Dinner menu while great could be more staple given the resort - dont aim for gournemt. Children’s salmon came overdozed in salt (not ok). Congierge while helpful needed prompting on occasions regarding our car (and waited 45min after requested for it when leaving). ”

“If you're thinking about staying here, BOOK IT NOW. My wife & I only stayed for one night, but we both wished we'd had more time. The property is BEAUTIFUL and the owners provide FIRST CLASS HOSPITALITY. Our stay included breakfast, and it was perhaps the most amazing breakfast I can remember - with the most delicious homemade jams (as well as many other delicious offerings)! THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR HAVING US!”

“Fantastic place, really friendly staff, excellent room with nice shower and comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast. Highly recommend this place. Quick to the train station, only a few minutes away and not far from the funicular (which, if you're skiing runs before the ski lifts so from the hotel you can still get first lifts onto your mountain). Bourg is a lovely place.”

“The room was lovely, looked bigger in pictures but was perfectly fine. Comfortable bed and pillows, the spa was great with the ice room relieving aches after a days skiing. Breakfast was really accommodating for a gluten free intolerance and the staff were extremely helpful. Would recommend staying! ”

“Appartements proches des remontées mécaniques. L'appartement bien que petit (28m²) est bien optimisé pour passer une semaine à 5. Le canapé lit du salon est de bonne qualité. La salle de bain est juste un peu petite. Le fait que les logements soient dans des bâtiments séparés, il est difficile d'être dans l'ambiance VVF. Pour le vivre, il faut mieux résider à l'autre VVF de Val Cenis (VVF rive gauche).”
