I had an amazing stay! Marcos, the valet parking attendant, was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. His exceptional customer service made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived and truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The pool and bar were also incredible. The live singer was fantastic and kept the crowd entertained, creating such a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Between the excellent service, great entertainment, and relaxing amenities, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

While the hotel grounds were nice and the staff were friendly, the room and overall amenities were disappointing. The AC in my room was not working properly, and the room was 84 degrees. The hot water in the shower took over 15 minutes to turn on, and the mini fridge did not work. There was also no ice machine available. The internet was extremely patchy and barely worked during my stay, which was very frustrating. The gym was another issue—it had no fan or AC and was extremely hot, making it uncomfortable to use. Overall, I was not pleased with my stay and expected much better accommodations and amenities. On the positive side, the food was good and the staff were very nice.

Upon arriving to the hotel the front staff greeted us. The room wasn’t ready for an early check in however they tried their best to deliver it as early as possible. The check in areas was warm and the room could be slot cleaner and updated. The level we got was being worked on. Rooms were old and needed a better clean. Breakfast was good and staff were awesome. Pool area was clean, however when we were ready to use the pool, it was closed due to what I was told being extra dirty from the night prior. Unfortunate because we were ready for it to be open at 8am as stated and still by 10am it was closed. So no pool use for my family as we were checking out.

I was pretty disappointed in my stay here. Our original room had multiple things wrong. The window wouldn't close all the way so the street noise was loud. The remote wouldn't work on the tv. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. We requested to move rooms and they put us in another room. The bed was still extremely uncomfortable in the new room. We also ate at the restaurant. The food was extremely over cooked. My girlfriend had the garlic shrimp and I had the chicken poblano. We decided not to eat the free breakfast this morning because of the bad quality. The staff was nice. The valet guy was begging for a tip even though I had parked the car myself. We won't be staying here again.
