Room was clean and well maintained. Staff were very courteous but needs more training on processes and follow-up with situations. Restaurant has a great ambiance and dinner had an add-on entertainment which was great.

Aziza Paradise Hotel
No hot tub as advertised on expedia. Gym was in shambles. Lobby area and pool were nice, but overall the hotel needs a refresh. All the staff were excellent though.
