Friendly and helpful staff, nice room, it is close to everywhere, Small hotel with <20 rooms. We had a good time! :-) All the people were nice! Teşekkürler Arnavutluk.🇦🇱
As me and my daughter was among the first guests at the newly opened Giulia, we can only send our regards to the wonderful staff and the kind atmosphere they have created. The rooms were great, like ”Scandinavian interior”. The AC was very effective in the 38+ summer warmth. Location is perfect, 5 mins above Sanderbeg Sq. Lot’s of great traditional restaurants around the corner. Easy to walk everywhere. Whenever I return to Tiranë, I will stay there for sure! 👍 Thanks!
This is a nice hotel in a good location that is easily walkable to some of the mains places of interest as well as shops and restaurants. The room lacked a few amenities that I would expect in a 4 star hotel. For example it had a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee to make a drink. The staff were great and the hotel was very clean. I would definitely stay again but will bring some coffee with me next time!
It's a new hotel and so everything is clean but there's no coffee/tea/minibar items in the room. The breakfast is served at a nearby hotel which's not ideal if someone comes for breakfast very late (near 10.00am).The hotel is located close to all amneties, restaurants, public transport etc. and the staff were very nice and helpful.
The staff at the front desk were all very nice and helpful. Room was very clean and the hotel seems well maintained. The breakfast is very poor. Needs improvement and the coffee is the worst we ever had anywhere. Could not even drink it. We were there a total of 4 nights and we only stayed for breakfast once. We went out for breakfast. Some good coffee shops very close by with good pastries. The maid came in to clean the room while I was in the bathroom. I came out because I thought my friends came back. When she saw me she apologized and I went back in the bathroom thinking she would leave knowing I’m still in the room. She kept on cleaning the room. They need to teach their maids not to go in the room while guests are still there. If it wasn’t for the staff at the front desk I would rate this a 1 or 2 star. Location is good, centralized and walkable.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the air conditioning worked well. The cost of on site parking was absurdly expensive and not clearly advertised.
What is advertised as family room includes a sofa bed that you are better off sleeping on the floor. Both my kids got a terrible back ache from it. To top it off the management pretended that we broke the bed and wanted to charge us for the damage. This was a terrible customer service experience. I cancelled a future stay there and it was not refundable, but worth not having to deal with them anymore.
Wallahi skam!
