No one to communicate with. I supposed to stay there for 8 nights, on night 5th, i came back to the hotel to find they moved my stuff to another room without even telling me. And on the 3rd day, ive been told that the kitchen is under renovation so no regular breakfast.

Nice for a weekend stay. Only thing was that there wasn’t a formal front desk and it felt like you were intruding at a restaurant. Wasn’t sure we were at the right place and sometimes hard to find someone to assist us.

Hotel scelto per il prezzo competitivo, persona gentile e disponibile. Colazione limitata (2 pasti a scelta differenti e 2 bevande a scelta differenti). Condizioni interne della camera molto discutibili vista la doccia senza il vetro causando inevitabilmente un allagamento del bagno, lavandino rotto e luce del bagno pessima. Pulizia della camera su richiesta, stessa cosa per gli asciugamani. Per questo prezzo se dovete stare per 3 giorni optate per un airbnb, se è per una notte va bene. Consiglio alla struttura di differenziare anche baristi e reception e una manutenzione completa della struttura.

Good value for budget travelers

Vila Sanremo is located an easy walk from Sanderbeg square and close to a variety of restaurants and shops. It is a pleasant place to stay, with a cafe offering food and drink, which seems very popular although we didn't eat there. The free breakfast is excellent and we enjoyed it very much. There was no kettle, but they provided hot water when requested. The room itself was big and comfortable, but a little worn and dirty. It's not for those wanting modern fixtures and furniture, but is a good deal if your happy with a more "unique" experience.

Everything was great until the very end when I was told I could not eat my store bought dinner downstairs. While I'm being told this I'm watching a lady and her child eat there dinner from elsewhere (there is no kitchen open outside breakfast hours) behind the young woman telling me this. I feel the manager put them in a position to single me as they stated they were told to tell me so. I feel bad. Was such a charming place. Then everything was off and I didn't feel welcome anymore.

Overall happy stay:)

Really really good central location at a really good price, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was limited but tasty, beds were comfortable, air con in room was very good. Only negatives our shower cubicle had no door, and the toilet paper was very rough and scented.

The staff were friendly and interesting to be with and they were professional. I felt like home and anytime am in Albania am lodging here I recommend it for anyone ! And it’s at the centre of the city so easy to move around !

There are some nice aspects of the hotel, staff were friendly and helpful, location is great, breakfast is delicious and some of the hotel has clearly been invested in. There are also a lot of areas that have been neglected and are in urgent need of attention, the room was fairly dusty, especially in high up areas, there are exposed wires and loose plug sockets everywhere, the television doesn't pick up any channels whatsoever and the WiFi constantly drops out. It's a good place if all you need is a bed and somewhere to put your bags, but I hope the owner reads this and takes note, as this could be an amazing place, it just needs some care and attention.

The staff was great. Everything was good. The room was clean but There was a smell that wouldn’t go away I think it was the bed frame. When I went to sleep or stayed in the bed I smelled it the most

Malheureusement nous avons été déçues de ce séjour. L’hôtel est difficile à trouver, les places de parking limité, un garage est disponible mais payant et difficile d’accès. Les chambres et les parties communes ne sont pas très propres, traces sur les draps et les serviettes de pain, mauvaise odeur, poussière, cheveux dans les évacuations de la douche. L’une des chambres avait deux éviers bouchés, une poignée de porte de salle de bain cassée et un pommeau de douche qui fuit dans une douche pas très propre. Le personnel est plutôt gentil et serviable c’est dommage.

Actually, prettty good

OK, we WERE told we needed to pay when we arrived BUT a simple phone call with the owner/manager and it was solved. Not a good start but room was OK, smalll balcony but no view. Room was for one night so was fine. Felt safe and secure and location was fantastic. No shower door so no shower but bed comfy and room was quiet. We had the pleasure of dealing with ANISA at reception who made the stay alot more pleasent than it could have been. Breakfast was actually really good and plenty. Left bags on last day and had no security issues. For one night, for what we paid with breakfast, seperate bedroom for daughters and peace and security i find it very hard to fault

The room was fine but the facilities were the bare minimum. The bed was nice and big and there were clean towels for us. There was no soap for washing the hands and there was not a hanger for the shower head, so you had to hold it yourself when showering. The window couldn’t close completely.
