"If I could give Filippo 6 stars here I would. We travel all the time in Italy, since I work a quarter of the year there. He was amazing. Way beyond typical niceties. Set us up in the most amazing restaurant in town, gave sound advice on where to go for the best wine selection, etc. we’ll be going back.
Place is great too. Filippo is the best."
"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Beautiful, newly renovated apartment in the perfect location in Tivoli. We had lots of helpful restaurant recommendations and greatly enjoyed Osteria Mom and the breakfast spot around the corner. Very comfortable, an ideal spot!"
"Andrea the owner is terrific. Accommodating, accessible and ready to help. The property is historic and close to the Tivoli attractions. Nice free breakfast. Value spot. Tip: could use better AC when summer temps rise above 92 degrees!"
