"Excellent stay, great for airport coming or going to Merida, buses for public transportation everywhere, Ubers very affordable. Taxi available also. Hotel has restaurant on site food pretty good. Burger King , Subway and a coffee shop very close."

"We booked this stay as a family of 4. Our room was bare bones similar to a Motel 6 in the US. I think even Motel 6 has updated their rooms and look better. Very disappointed for this is a Marriott property. Lighting was poor in the room asxwell as bedding. Bathroom conditions weren't not the best they were 4 of us they were only two towels when I asked for towels they were never delivered. We wanted to use the pool for a few minutes and ask for towels we already downstairs and one of the desk...
