We stayed at the property on our last night in Tokyo. They were able to accommodate early check in as well as late check out for a nominal fee. The beds are actually more comfortable than the hotel next door. The proximity to dining and shopping as well as the train station. I would recommend this hotel over hotels closer to Disney because of all the things close by.

This hotel is right across the street from a shopping mall as well as the commuter train. The breakfast buffet is comprehensive. The commuter train is one stop from Tokyo Disney. Rooms are not big but comfortable. I will stay here again.

This property has an excellent location. Very easy to access from NRT by bus for $15 each way. Also, easy access to Disney parks and free shuttles. The rooms are small, I have been spoiled with spacious rooms in the states. Bathroom was clean (enough) but could have been cleaner. Mattress was comfortable as well.
