"Exceptional politeness and helpfulness by staff. Breakfast buffet or dinner buffet were alright. There was a huge selection but many things lacked flavor and it was VERY expensive. The shops in the hotel were great! Stopped in them almost nightly. And housekeeping can every day to change bedding, towels and give bottled water. Getting to Disney parks super easy with a free bus to the Disney Resort Monorail; which takes you right to the gates Would gladly stay again and HIGHLY recommend! 😁"

The room was nice and very clean though a little outdated. We had a room with the giant tub overlooking the city. The view was amazing and worth the extra after a long day at Disney. I would highly recommend this hotel."
