"Very family friendly hotel! Staff was very friendly! Hotel is right at the pick up and drop off for the bus to and from Tokyo Disneyland ! Very convenient! 2 minute walk to a Lawsons. Only issue was one dryer out of 2 was working and gave the clothing a mold/mildew smell. Even after drying for an hour and a half, clothing still not fully dry. Other than that, would stay there again! "

"The room was great, had everything we needed. Star were all exceptionally warm and welcoming. Breakfast was great, a variety of food that we weren’t used to for breakfast but we enjoyed it all. 100% Will stay here again next time we stay at Disney. A little far from the city center but the train station is connected to the hotel, so it was extremely easy to get anywhere we wanted to go in Tokyo. "
"Great property within close proximity to both Disney Parks. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options. The room was clean, comfortable, and just what we needed after back to back Disney days. There is a complementary shuttle to the monorail station (across the street) and the train station which was very convenient. The walk from the monorail station wasn’t bad either (5-7 minutes). "Overall, highly recommended. Staff are very friendly, polite and accomodating. It’s just the property is a little bit old, the toilet mirror adhesive in the front, appears mouldy. Also, spider web on the tubes of the toilet water supply line. Nonetheless, they clean the room everyday. Apart from that, they replenish supply of toiletries and change towels everyday .
