A week in Omorikita

A typical small apartment in Japan. Great for what my mother and I needed during our 7 day trip! Watching things on the TV was a bit awkward and I wasn't able to sign into any of the streaming services, but I was able to cast from my phone and laptop so that worked well.

Encountered the following problems / Disappointments and Complaints: CHECK-IN: It was 7:30pm and I was tired when reaching the building. Turned out Creal did not give me direction to the mail room to get my key. After 15 minute of struggling, a food delivery man entered the building, he was kind to show me the location of the mail room. When I thought the mail room should be behind the main entrance, actually i had to go around the building and find a door with NO SIGN on it. The food delivery man was so kind to offer me his torch in the mail room with no light. I finally entered the apartment, I thought pain was over, then I see some instruction on the door 'scan to check in'. The check-in system failed. CHECK-OUT: The 'scan to check out' system requested my date of birth, i input it in the right order. But it popped up an error message 'Reservation not found. Please check again and enter your date of birth'. So the check-out system also failed. I called the Creal service phone number to report that i could not check out in the system. A Japanese man answered the phone, he replied 'wakaranai' and then hung up on me!

客室はカーペットに髪の毛がついていたりしましたが比較的綺麗だと思います。 水回りは問題なかった！ 3歳と大人2人の計3人で泊まりましたが、立地は最高(近くに公園、買い物にも困らない) アクセスも良かったのでありがたかった！ アメニティーのヘアケアセットは髪キシキシになるので持参したほうが良い。 ハンドソープもなかった。 キッチンは(鍋、フライパン、包丁、まな板、お箸、どんぶり2つ)くらいはついていたが調味料はないから持参して正解でした。子供用のお皿等もないので必要なら持参したほうが良い！(近くにダイソーもあるので揃うよ) チェックインが謎解きみたいで鍵を取り出すまでに時間はかかります。事前にやり方をしっかりみて、扉を探して、鍵の入ってる場所を探して、数字を合わせてやっと取り出せます。 東京に住んでる気持ちになれるので楽しかったしまた泊まりたい。

引越し前に利用させていただきました。 お部屋は綺麗でしたが、民泊施設特有のチェックインの不便さがありました。事前に全員分の身分証登録をしないと場所の案内が来ない、施設に着いてからも全員分のチェックインの手続きが必要、など、このサイトから予約しようが民泊の手続きは必要なようです。 家族3人だったのでエキストラの布団を利用しましたが床が硬かったので体がバキバキになりました。もう一枚マットレスがあると連泊の方には優しいと思います。 あと物件の特質かもしれませんがシャワーを利用すると浴室の床にオーバーフローしてしまい、子供が「足湯みたい！」と言ってました。食器があり大変助かりましたが、食器を拭く布巾が無く、あったら良かったなと感じました。
