Wi-Fiは遅いです。使えないのと一緒です。バスタオルは準備してくれていますが、タオルは見当たりませんでした。自分で準備したほうがいいです。場所はホントにすごい変な場所にあります。スマホの位置情報ないとたどり着けません。ヤバイ路地裏を入っていく感じです。普通ではありません。コンビニまで五分以上かかります。不便です。 建物が古くてボロくてみすぼらしいので、いい旅の想い出とはなりませんでした。写真よく撮りすぎ。残念です。

Typical Japanese living

We had a great stay at Kamon Inn Yanagihara. You received an email 2 days before with the instructions of how to reach the property and access codes. We had contacted the staff before always replied and were very helpful. The house is a typical Japanese house with futons and all. They provide a pocket wifi device which worked just fine. There are all amenities provided included washing machine, air-condition, microwave rice cooker etc. Upstairs there are two bedrooms so we think this place is ideal for up to 4 persons to be comfy. The accommodation is close to 2 stations Ueno (7 mins walk) and Kitasenju (around 20-25 mins walk). We loved Kitasenju area with two big shopping malls and many food outlets around. We used to stop at a Donut place (called Krispy Kreme) Next to Ueno you find a 7 Eleven, Family Mart, Gourmet City where you can do your daily shopping and is closer. There is a playground next to the accommodation so if like us had a child it was perfect and close by another one next to a nursery. Neighbours were nice but do expect some long stares at times. :) We were to only tourist/non-Japanese in the area even at the station but that was the fun about it. If it is your first stay in Tokyo I would not recommend the accommodation due to distance from centre (about 1 hour excluding walking time ). But if you are looking for a spacious place to stay at a great price, as well want to experience real Japanese daily life, this is your ideal place to stay.

Great accomodation and access to transport

Great house, comfortable, interesting and quiet area with no other tourists around, so a totally different experience than if you stayed in the major tourist areas! Host very quick to reply to emails. You have got choice of 4 train stations within easy 15min walking distance, including keisei line which goes direct to Narita Airport! Skytree line very close also and easy to get into the main city areas too. We enjoyed our stay
