"Everything was superb"

"I stayed 23/12/25 - 29/12/25. The hotel as a whole was excellent. Although there are no hot drink facilities in the room, the reception staff are there to assist 24/7! They supplied hot drinks whenever required, and were giving out biscuits and shortbread over Christmas too! I had breakfast on Christmas Day, but ate out on the other mornings. It was ample for a Continental breakfast. The only thing I would like to see improved in the room would be to have a comfy chair or two. There was a kind of fishing chair, and a hard stool with a back which was kept fixed to the wall. Neither of these chairs were comfy for very long. I ‘borrowed’ a chair from the breakfast/dining room, which was fine and very comfy for watching tv during the evenings. The bedding and towels were changed every three days. "The staff were very welcoming. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and professional and polite. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and they work so hard. Requests were taken care of quickly. They made our stay worthwhile. God bless them all. Everyone worked very hard. The amenities were practical and useful and added to the experience of freedom to eat in or eat out. Like having our own apartment, only with more service and amenities. We look forward to staying here again. Hopefully in the near future. "
