The room was sizeable and clean with all of the amenities that I needed for my stay. Staff knowledge, friendliness and helpfulness was greatly appreciated, the food was amazing on the 2 nights we ate there, congratulations to the chefs. Buffet breakfast was awesome. I would just paint the carpark lines in something other than faded red. Otherwise highly recommend.

The room was very clean and nice. However, the location wasn't the greatest. It'd take some time to get anywhere, and there weren't many restaurants around.

The room and bathroom were very clean. It was also very dark and quiet, which was great! The only complaint I have is the location. It doesn't have a ton of restaurants around, and it's a bit far away from everything else too.

We hadn't had good reviews for this hotel chain. It was our first visit and it changed our perspective on the hotel. Overall, the hotel is fully booked, the rooms are spacious and very clean. The staff's service is superlative; Sarah and Colin will make your stay sublime. The only drawback of the hotel is that it's 10 minutes from restaurants, although you can eat at the hotel restaurant, which is fine. It's also worth mentioning that the city center is a 14-minute walk away.

OK for tight budget

The stay at the hotel was disappointing. Staff is either understaffed or disappearing somewhere as you continuously had to wait for someone to show up at the front desk or at the bar if you wanted something. The room was relatively clean but the corridors are dirty, no sign of hoovering. It’s okay if you are on a tight budget but if you can spend more then try to book something else.

Das Preis/Leistungverhältnis hat gepasst, Parkplätze sind ausreichend gegen Gebühr vorhanden, Frühstück hatten wir nicht, die Bar im EG ist naja, die Auswahl klein aber teuer, das Personal ist freundlich. Zu Bus und U-Bahn sind es wenige Gehminuten, die. Gegend Ansicht nicht besonders einladend aber wir hatte nie Probleme oder Angst wenn wir unterwegs waren
