"Roaches!!!! Roaches!!!! Yes I thought the same thing most of you would. Great reviews, within walking distance of everything in Tombstone. Let's start from the begining. No email received for code to check in so stopped by an hour before check in was told by the gentleman who I realized later was cleaning the room that we had rented (There is only 3 rooms to rent) that if I would receive it by 3 or stop back by. 3:15 me and my family went back to check in still no code. Realized then that the 4th unit in the building is where him and a woman live with a dog. So not sure why you can't contact anyone even over the phone they live there. Went in to check the room, room appeared clean but some things need fixed or renovated. Kitchen sink beat up. ( Later realized buckets under the sink holes in the wall duck taped) No door on bedroom for privacy, 1 small chair and 1 small TV in what would be the living room with queen bed. Left to go back in to town. Returned to room around 9:30pm. My husband went outside to smoke in smoke area which was right next to the office 1 door away from our room we where they are living. He immediately came back in and said Roaches outside in front of our door and there's. Contacted expedia to check out no answer from hotel of course. I rang bell and his reaction was he blamed a property across the street. No you look dirty so does his place. I was told a refund wouldn't a problem but 12 days later contacted my credit card co. because they won't answer."

"outdoor whirlpool not operating breakfast not a buffet, very limited except sat and sun, no eggs, no sausage, no yogurt asked to change sheets on third day, only resupplied towels sign on building partially blocked. Need to trim tree. otherwise staff was friendly, and tried to help with resources on hand"
