The area of Tonawanda is pleasant, my only displeasure was with the econolodge there, the Tonawanda chamber of commerce would do well to inspect and close that dirt bag of a hotel.

"This is a nice place to stay. Very very close to the fall and its environs. Quiet and comfortable. Neat and well-equipped. Walkable distance to the falls. I can't say enough. Glad to have chosen this place to stay with my family. Contained us conveniently. 11 of us!"

There is a lot of traffic, and people drive like maniacs! There are lots of restaurants,shopping, and many places to visit within a reasonable drive.
