"The hotel was the greatest my family and I have ever stayed at. Restaurant was right on point with great customer service and food. Room was clean and squared away. Only issue was one of the bell boys. He had an extremely bad attitude and rude, but me and the family were not going to talk down about the hotel just because of that one person. Everyone else was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our three day stay. "

"What a gem in the perfect spot in midtown. The staff were exceptional and breakfast was delicious and freshly made easy items to start out a fun day of exploring nearby hot spots! Blocks away from Times Square, Bryant Park and 5th Avenue favourites. My family loved the spot and the quiet block it was on in comparison to many busy streets surrounding it.
