"If you prefer social & trendy over practicality & comfort, then this is your place. This is a large hotel with a busy & noisy reception area with bar and it is popular for gatherings. The restaurant is available for an additional fee. The building and rooms are trendy in decor but beds & pillows lack comfort. Room layout was poor as each bed lacked access on one side; one bed had a consistently brightly blinking detector over it. The place is clean and staffed well, but it does not meet most preferences."

"Booked for weekend, power went out 2 hrs after we checked in. Did not come back on. But hotel had power for elevator and computer to charge our credit card. No lights, no hot water and no food. But still they charged us. Asked for a refund, they offered minimal points, I ask them to comp our room, they would not"

"The staff was wonderful. It was 20 degrees out and the heat is capped at 75. Being from Florida we are used to heat. Just be aware that if you need a hotter room or colder room and you can't adjust it all maintenance to bypass the settings. Great experience overall!"

"It is an older hotel so its not perfect. That being said, the pool area was great, breakfast was good, it was quiet, and the staff was very friendly and helpful."

"When we arrived to check in at 7:30pm the room was not ready. We had to wait additional time even though we were 4.5 hours after we could first check in. "

"The power was out at the hotel, but the front desk manager did an amazing job getting our group and another group into our rooms. He was running all over the hotel making sure rooms were vacant and clean then letting us into the rooms with his master key. That guy deserves a raise or a bonus! I can't really comment on the cleanliness, amentities or anything else because we couldn't see anything without a flashlight, but it seemed like a well kept hotel. "
