The room was clean and the hotel had that hotel smell. The staff was very helpful and patient. Breakfast was good but a lot of the food and coffee was not hot. The area was very close to shopping and restaurants.

Rooms were nice and also very Clean. Whirl was not working, or even full and pool area has some fixes and cleaning thst need to be done. Not a very attractive pool area. Breakfast was plentiful and good. All in all, a Marriott hotel is always a great stay.

Our room was extremely comfortable, with couch and table to enjoy relaxing. The bed was very comfortable, well stocked towels, and very quiet and staff accomodated our request to be at quiet location given I am a light sleeper. This had been my 4th accomodations this week visiting family in Ohio and seeing grandchildren shoot competitively nearby at the Cardinal Center. These were by far our best accomodations this week and the breakfast provided was superb. I avoid gluten, and have allergies so there selection was helpful, and the stocking of their food bar was excellent. The coffee was excellent. I will stay there again next year,

Johnny was spectacular. We were able to check in early in order to be at our family Thanksgiving dinner on time. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. There were many good breakfast choices and the coffee was wonderful.

The power was out at the hotel, but the front desk manager did an amazing job getting our group and another group into our rooms. He was running all over the hotel making sure rooms were vacant and clean then letting us into the rooms with his master key. That guy deserves a raise or a bonus! I can't really comment on the cleanliness, amentities or anything else because we couldn't see anything without a flashlight, but it seemed like a well kept hotel.
