"No room for luggage or bags. No TV. Two small towels that were not changed in 3 days. Mold in the bathroom. Pillows better suited for cattle. I did not care enough for this dump to take pictures, as it is better to just forget it."

"The stay was great and the staff at reception especially. Very friendly and always ready to help you or just to say hi. This made coming in the hotel so welcoming. The bar food was not very vast and didn’t have many vegetarian options. The food was not great however the staff still friendly."

None of it would’ve been possible without the extraordinary team at COEO Herman Ruiz. Their kindness, flexibility, and warmth turned a logistical compromise into a memory I now treasure.
