"I was a bit skeptical at first visiting from the United States however, to my surprise this place is legit and super, super nice!!!! Customer service was helpful and for a moderate exra fee allowed us to check in early. The website states check in is 11:00 am but after booking the check in time changed to 3:00pm and that was a red flag to me until I spoke with customer service. "Room was clean with a comfortable bed and location walking distance to the marina and downtown. It has a nice View of the alcazar from the balcony. Only negative thing was it didn’t have parking. You have to leave the car in the bull plaza parking garage several feet away, the hotel does give you a card for a discounted price of 18 euros per night. "
