The negative thing about our suite was that this was supposed to be a family suite which means there should have been 3 beds because we were 3 people but there was only one queen bed for 2 people. There was a couch in living room but there was no blankets for the third person. "This hotel definitely needs improvement. The hotel used insecticides during our stay. Without that I was aware of this. It smelled in everywhere. After one day all our clothes started to smell of insecticide. a lot of noise at night. Will never be quiet. The staff are very arrogant and you have to ask them several times for help to get help. We ordered 2 bed rooms, but we got a bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was without duvets and pillows etc. We had to nag several times for them to fix...

"The staff and owner were amazing, friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were kept very clean. However if you are a non-smoker then it can be a little uncomfortable as smoke from the smoking rooms gets through the vents to the non smoking rooms unfortunately. The staff was helpful in finding a room with minimal smoke infiltration. Also, even though there was no elevator in the hotel, the staff was very helpful in carrying the luggage to the room. "

"This was a last minute decision and I needed a stay, this is out of my home country and wasn't familiar with the area so decided to book here for one night before continuing my trip to another town...You get what you pay for, I guess so in that case, it was good, but the hotel overall was on the lower end of where anybody would want to stay, the staff was polite and helpful however. "
