The room was good. I really think that the hotel could upgrade the room coffee…..instant coffee is a poor choice. I mentioned to the front desk staff that cleaning the bathroom vent/fan cover is imperative. Standing in the bath/shower and looking at a dirty fan cover is very disheartening.

The room was spotless when I arrived. It was clean and quiet. Housekeeping was available every day. The front desk was super helpful, and they brought me 2 extra blankets when I needed them. One King West Hotel & Residence
