I was informed our stay would be at a different property than the one I booked two days before check-in. This was inconsequential as the room we stayed in was equal to the one we booked and the property was closer to the event we were attending at Rogers Centre.
Communication was excellent. We were met at the front door of our new property address, we were then informed that our actual unit was in the adjacent building, (so I guess technically we were moved twice), but escorted directly to our room and given a few instructions and left to our own avails.
The room showed some normal wear-and-tear but was otherwise clean and came with a kitchen stocked well-enough for everything we'd need for our 4-night stay.
We didn't get the VIP Gift Card that were told was included with our stay, but honestly it wasn't a motivating factor in our decision to book and didn't even inquire about it during the trip.
Right in the middle of everything. 4 nights in downtown Toronto attending myriad events, only needed to get in an Uber once. Everything withing very reasonable walking distance.
Great operator. Would not hesitate to book with them again!

It was super conveient for walking to the mall, Rogers Centre, CN tower and Ripley's aquarium. The only down fall was there no microwave or cofee pot in the room like other other hotels.

Arena is not spaciousness and traffic is a hassle for out of towner. I commend arena security for addressing issue with fans and being kind during the event.

People are allowed to get in and outside of the arena to watch maple leafs play-off games from the big screens. An exciting and fun experience.
