It was very clean and had some convince to it however some of the doors are broken, we didnt have a bath plug and when we went out to grab stuff we found it uncomfortable the amount of homeless/crackheads that were in the general area not the companys fault but whatever.we wanted to use our balcony to get pictures but the door was busted.even with the inconvenience there were good things like a washer and dryer and also a full kitchen and some utensils. Overall not a bad experience but not great.

While the location was ideal, the accomodation was much less than ideal. Many of the wooden floor board were missing and/or broken. This often led to many stubbed toes, which hurt quite a great deal. As well, much of the furniture was broken including the couch. If we sat back on the couch, the back of the couch would fall onto the floor. As well, the toilet seat was also broken, and fell off a number of times. Moreover, there was no wifi despite being advertised. I contacted the residence, but received an automated response with incorrect information and no follow up. This led to an overhaul of data use on our end which was exceptionally inconvenient and expensive. Furthermore, when we had attempted to use the washing machine there was wet and dirty laundry already in the machine. It was unclear how long the laundry had been in there for. The place also only had one key. Given that three of us stayed in the residence, this made it quite inconvenient to coordinate leaving or returning. Furthermore, while the location is downtown, the bedrooms have sheer curtains which make it quite bright at night with traffic and other buildings being lit. As well, the check-in experience was left much to be desired (e.g. poor communication, lack of knowledgeable staff). Overall, the place felt very uncared for and poorly maintained.

The room itself was gorgeous, but we got there at 8:00PM and had been told it wasn’t cleaned. We wound up having to wait until midnight before we could settle in for the night, after a 12 hour drive. We also noticed that the pullout bed was broken and one of the bed frame slats were broken as well. Beautiful place to stay, but very poor check in experience. The owner did offer free parking to rectify the situation, however we feel that it was unacceptable, as we got there 4 hours after check in was allowed and the unit still wasn’t cleaned.
