Very affordable apartment. Good location, easy transportation. The beds were nice. The size of the apartment was great and parking just outside the front door. The furniture is new, the bathroom are new, the entire apartment looks freshly renovated. They did provide towels, toiletries and some basic kitchen tools. It was surprisingly clean.
The fridge was not working. Had to buy ice packs to keep our food and meds cold.
The hot water for the shower did not work despite numerous attempts to use the shower.
Apartment is at ground level, and the blinds do not fully cover the windows, itโs close, but there are little slits where passerbyโs can see in and the streetlights shine in at night.
The check in instructions were wrong. You do NOT have to download the Livvi app. We spent 5-10 min in the parking lot trying to figure out how to access the apartment. You get the FOB from the arcade front desk. We had to call the number twice to get this info.
The place was missing plates and the dishware that came with the place was random.
