"I really enjoyed my stay here as a solo traveler. The location was excellent for the purpose of my visit. I was in between the pride parade on one side and church st vendors on the other side. Everything just minutes away walking. When I'd get tired, I just stopped in to my room for a quick refresh. The subway station entrance was right on the corner too.
My cons for this hotel were the breakfast was not really enjoyable. Not much variety and the sausage for me was inedible. Fortunately, I bought the breakfast voucher at checkin, so it was a little cheaper that buying online. So the price was the same as if I had went elsewhere. Secondly, the pool was a let down. It was quite small. I think the hotel would greatly benefit by having a hot tub. Also, there's no sauna or clothes dryer that other hotels have. The changing room was so tiny, there weren't even lockers. There weren't any towels. So I had to wait to find an employee to ask for one. Unfortunately, the one I received had tears and holes in it. The outside of my windows in my room were really dusty and dirty so I didn't have that nice view of the city, that I would have liked. I was only on the 7th floor, so not sure why they weren't clean. Besides that, the rest of the room was clean and comfortable. Lastly, there's only 4 elevators, so the wait time was a bit annoying because a bunch of people would pile up in the lobby.
Overall, my rating is still positive for my stay because of the location and friendly staff."
