This was convenient after a long flight; it's a very basic, small, almost strip-mall hotel, with no in-room coffee (Subway is next door). There IS a microwave. Just know going in - if you need a quick sleep bring earplugs - small, tiled hallways and skylight windows on the 2nd floor to airplanes above.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The reservation said they had a shuttle to and from the airport, so I went to the level where all the shuttles pick up passengers. I kept waiting for a shuttle to arrive from Nu Hotel. I saw Holiday Inn, Coast, Radisson, Best Western, etc. shuttles pull up and load passengers. I never saw one from Nu Hotel, so I called the hotel and the lady who was almost impossible to understand due to her very thick East Indian accent, said I had to go to a different level at the airport. She said go to where the GoodLife Fitness was located and they would call the shuttle and have them pick me up. I asked how long that would take and she said 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I called again and she said it would be there in five or ten minutes. The shuttle came and the driver was the rudest man you could ever meet. I could go on and on but this is enough about the ride. I got to the "hotel" and it was rooms on the second floor of an old strip mall. The "lobby" was shared with an outlet for UHaul and was beside a Sharma fast food and also a Subway outlet. The room was clean but awful. The mattress was worn out. It took almost four minutes for the shower to produce hot water in the morning. It was a terrible experience. I would NEVER go back there.

Horrible experience! The room was not clean overall. Bedsheets were not clean. Alot of stains and hair on the bedsheet and bathroom. A loud noise was there which came from ceiling . I believe it was Air exhaust. We requested the reception to change our room, he didn’t help and was rude. We didn’t sleep whole night!

It's an inexpensive place to rest your head before or after your flight. The staff were friendly and efficient. Check in was easy. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean and stocked, the bed was comfortable with no evidence of bugs. The white noise from the ac unit drowned out any noise from the airport so i slept soundly. The parking was somewhat limited. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

The room was dirty, the fridge was not working properly so it leaked water all over the floor. The bathroom sink appeared to be plugged so it did not drain properly. There was no toilet paper holder and no tissue available. The bed was awful and the pillows were so lumpy, even the sheets were itchy. The staff did not appear to care and said it will be dealt with the next day. The pictures do not reflect the actual property, it was not worth the money spent. We were not offered any compensation and no one seemed the least bit interested in our concerns. We had planned to stay there again before our return flight but canceled the reservation that night. Terrible and way over priced even for Toronto.

This is a run down property that is in a retrofitted office building. Front desk and entrance are unwelcoming and confusing. Walls banged up, bathroom not clean, lightbulbs burnt out, phone not working, no hangers, dodgy neighborhood.

They are a two star hotel at best but still charge people like they are a 3 star hotel. They do not have : 1) Local phone calling. 2) Ice dispenser 3) Prince was way over inflated. Internet was pretty good though...

Shuttle service to and from airport is convenient. Access to lobby is challenging. I had to lift suitcases up two steps; no ramp available. Elevator creaky and appears unsafe. Bathroom not properly cleaned.

I checked in late at night and i just wanted to get to sleep. However, when I got there, we had to spend 20 minutes trying to get in my room because the key/doorhandle was broken. Once I got in the room, the front panel of the AC was broken and sitting on the floor. I could see someone tried putting it back with scotch tape. Also, should mention the AC was left on full blast so the room was freezing cold. I also wanted to have a shower but when I looked in the washroom, the showerhead had a build of what I am assuming was calcium build up, very gross! I travel up this way quite often and would never stay here again.
