Room was spotless, staff was unbelievably amazing! Food really good! Only reason we didn’t give it 5 starts was because we put our breakfast order on the door the night before to be delivered to our room in the morning and it never got fulfilled (but really not a huge deal). It’s a great hotel and we will definitely go back!!!

Lovely space in a great neighborhood of Toronto, so many restaurants and bars and shops. The lobby is a wonderful space to hang out and work or meet up with a friend. I appreciated the uniqueness of the Drake and the friendly staff.

Everything was super with the accommodations & room: easy & flexible check in, comfortable and cool room w fun decor and lovely skin care products, quiet and easy to access, everything perfectly thought of in an arty funky way. Biggest highlight to note is the FOOD & service at the restaurants: The sushi is truly some of the best Toronto has to offer (shoutout to Anson!!!), the breakfast menu is fantastic as is the brunch (awesome portions), must try the coconut cake for dessert and the many awesome cocktails. The 20% discount as hotel guests was fantastic and made things very economical for us. Big love to the Front of House team who made our time especially memorable — Kiki, Virna, Dana, Brooksy, Georgia, Thea, Angelina, Lisa May, and everyone else in the game. Thanks for everything you guys are the best!!!

The hotel vibe is great but I'd say what stands out the most is the service. From Jasmine and Virna serving me at the cafe's/restaraunt's to Tony with security making sure I felt comfortable and taken care of, the staff are what makes the Drake 5 stars!

Wish Expedia could get their rate break for modern section of hotel. Room very clean with interesting style touches. Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Old section of hotel has no elevator but staff helped me carry suitcase up at check-in and out when leaving. Garage near hotel easy to use lots of space.

Great spot in town to stay! Staff was a bit mute at the front with a splash of arrogance. That’s fine though. Room was clean, duvet (under cover) had some suspicious brown stains. Maybe time to retire that one. Overall very nice stay!
