Property was very clean, well maintained and modern. Staff was very helpful, we were able to check in early and they were very accommodating. Airport shuttle was always ready and convenient. Only complaint is the hallway noise is loud, doors shutting loudly, otherwise was a great stay. I would 100% stay here again.

Exemplary staff throughout the hotel including shuttle bus drivers. Everyone was very welcoming, friendly and helpful especially the ladies at the Wayside Social - made our breakfasts so enjoyable with their cheerful nature, kindness and efficiency. Plenty of seating/tables available in Wayside Social and the lobby area. The free shuttle service to the airport is a bonus. With a 5-10min walk to the UPExpress, you're downtown in about 30 minutes or less. I liked how there were benches inside and outside to wait for the shuttle bus. The only minor drawback would be the room: they are a bit dim (no ceiling lights) with little storage space (small closet and couple of drawers), but the room itself is spacious. Would definitely stay here again when in town.
