Beautiful clean rooms with extremely comfortable bed. Staff are so polite and helpful. Local area does feel a little unsafe later in the evening.

Staff wee fantastic, warm friendly and helpful. The hotel is lovely, new and clean. Room was spacious, nice seating area as well. Location is fantastic with most of what I needed within walking distance.

Shopping and food nearby was fantastic! There was a lot of construction going on beside the hotel which was noisy and a bit challenging to get around! The room was spotless and the staff were outstanding.

The staff were amazing and very attentive. Khalid at the front desk was so helpful, along with the concierge. Great location and nice vibe! Loved the wine, chocolates and ROM tickets included with our package!
