The property was very nice, the only down fall was the hot tub down in the pool area was closed for maintenance and that was one of the big things we decided on this place because our daughter was involved in a serious accident last year and she is now a quadriplegic and the hot tub is the only thing that would be warm enough for her go into as the water has to be over 85 degrees or she can have serious issues and the pool was too cold.

The pictures that we saw was not indication of the place we stayed at. The place was dirty. It’s not been updated in many years and nothing seems to be in order. The towels were old and even the grass outside and the balcony stunk of animal urine. It does not seem like anyone takes care of the place.

AVOID... Never again, Condo was cockroach infested, lots of damage everywhere, many broken items most lights didn't work. Parking instructions were incorrect. Great location and building has lots of potential, but do not recommend at all! Host said they would return some money for the inconvenience of cockroaches, but never did, so dishonest too. Inconvenience... Funny guy, some people don't mind living with cockroaches apparently.

Check in took an hour and a half. The instructions were not clear, did not have the correct names for security, messaging with the host was no help, and someone else parked in the reserved space. After all that the unit door lock was broken and the door could not lock. The host told me housekeeping could operate the lock normally which was BS. Mechanically it was missing a part and there is no way it could work. The host arranged a service call to repair it two days later and without notification.

The pictures were accurate but the property Was in such a bad condition, there were dents in the walls and blinds were missing and there was so many things stacked in the storage. All of that could’ve been ignored but the biggest issue was that there were COCKROACHES all over the apartment and there was soooo many on all surfaces. I contacted the management and at first they were unresponsive but then they sent a person to fix the issues. They fixed most things but they said the we did pest control and the bugs will go away. But I stayed two weeks and the bugs stayed and we had to constantly kill them, they would get in our food and on our beds. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE

Das Einchecken war der Horror, wer sich nicht sehr gut mit dem Handy auskennt, ist aufgeschmissen. Die genaue Appartementnummer gab es erst nach einer Kreditkartenüberweisung von 450 Dollar Kaution und war schwierig zu finden. Alles nur erfahren über telefonische Auskunft in schwer verständlichem Englisch. Die Einrichtung war sehr abgenutzt, vieles war richtig kaputt. Der Preis für diese Unterkunft ist viel zu hoch!
