Hotel Riu Plaza Toronto
Room was great. Wish there was an easier way to log into Netflix. Sync to wifi wasn’t a success but maybe that’s on Netflix. The breakfast buffet was really good. Much better than the powdered scrambled eggs others are doing. Be nice if they had an omelette/egg making station. All good.

The complimentary breakfast exceeded expectations and staff provided guests a take out container to fill at the buffet. The room was not cleaned properly, surfaces of tables, counters, and vanities had dirt, dust, and watermarks on them.
